Team requirements
- Athlete membership with NSSA
- Athlete certified through the NRA First Steps Shotgun Safety course
- Athlete provides own gun for practice and tournaments
- Safety is primary concern when handling firearms
- Participate in weekly scheduled practice
- Participate in team charity events
- Participate in fundraising events
- Grades and conduct at school must be kept satisfactory at all times
- May not be a member of another shooting team of the same discipline
Practice time and location
- Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Gastonia Skeet and Trap Range
- Mandatory team meetings held periodically at 6:00 p.m. before practice
